1. Foil Stickers
Our foil stickers are made on a thin and delicate type of sticker paper that may be new to many. They should be handled carefully and work best when handled with tweezers!

2. Refunds/ Order Cancellations
We do not offer any kinds of refunds or order cancellations. All sales are final and refunds are not accepted.

3. Shipping Method
All orders are provided a tracking number that is only used in South Korea. Once it leaves the country, tracking will no longer be updated. This is how we can keep our shipping prices low, despite being international for most of our customers. We hope you understand! If you would like to upgrade your shipping to one that has better tracking, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us through our Contact Form!

4. Shipping Schedule
Orders have a general processing time of about a week. During sales or the holiday season, it is expected that processing times will increase to about 2-3 weeks. To stay updated on processing, please follow us on Instagram. Thank you for your understanding!
